Offering jobs in IT as a technical support engineer for Microsoft 365 products, Windows, or Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). If needed, we are offering all the necessary equipment to be able to work from any location in Romania, a good salary and a contract. The job requires you to receive and handle tickets from Microsoft customers, related to technical issues they have, and work with them and with the escalation team, towards a resolution for the said issue.
